Guest guest
Hi All! I've been working with a 63 yo female who was diagnosed with a sarcoma and carcinoma growing in her uterus and on her colon. Both were removed along with all her reproductive organs. (Cervix too as I recall.) She went through a full round of chemo then radiation therapy. I started seeing her following the radiation therapy for preventative care. We've been working on diet, lifestyle, mental/emotional wellness and homeopathic protocol from Dr. Ramikrishnan's work as well as supps including HMF, antiox formula, co Q10, I3C and acupuncture (at her request) and are finally getting going on some unda drainage. She's just begun 1, 20 and 258 and found she was cramping in her upper gi. I had her discontinue and the cramping stopped. She and I both feel her reaction to the undas is a good sign and I plan on her starting again at a slower dose or perhaps increasing from one gtt tid up to tolerance rather than start at 5 gtt. Having not worked with too many cases post cancer before, I just wanted to check in with the group to judge if this was appropriate. Secondly, given that all of her reproductive organs have been removed, would it be applicable to use number 10 and 245 ever? I flip-flop on this one. Thanks for your input and advice! Guest guest
Hi Jen I have had many post chemo and radiation treatment patients react to UNDA. I think it is a good sign too. I just start really slowly, with 1 drop once/day, and build up from there. I would then go 1 drop bid, then 2 drops bid, etc. I usually have them increase every 3-4 days, as long as there is no reaction. Emphasize the importance of castor oil packs, good diet and adquate hydration. If possible, add in a sauna and/or epsom salts baths a couple times/week. That along with the critical treatment suggestions gave should get her well on her way to health. I think it is also important to make sure she understands that you will want to do this treatment for at least a year, more would be better. I have had a couple patients who stopped after 6 months or so because they felt so well, only to relapse in a year or two. (Perhaps they would have anyway, but, this hasn't happened with patients who continue treatment long term.)
