She probably has accelerated 5 alpha-reductase activity, kinda a pre-diabetes/PCOS aspect. This causes her testosterone to be rapidly coverted in 5-DHT, causing her acne, and hair loss... if stress wasn't the cause first. Because hair loss is largely a cosmetic issue, and because getting her hormones straightened out may take months, why not go for the quick fix? Use topical Rogaine/Rogaine shampoo while working with her hormones. As time goes on, when her hormones get more adjusted to normal from working with you, her health and hair will then be restored.

All the Best,
