fluid filled mesenteric cyst - small bowel

Hi,

Would love any feedback from an etiological and especially treatment standpoint

on a 'small bowel mesenteric cyst - fluid filled'.

This person is hoping for dietary recommmendations (and other if convincing??)

to reduce the size (possibly pre-surgery or to avoid surgery altogether).

Lots of ovarian cyst info...but not sure about this. The cyst is quite large

(can sometimes see it slightly protruding ~ left lower/central quadrant when

lying supine (~ 12 cm diameter).
