Guest guest
Not getting too technical, but it is quite possible for me to get Frex11 (new version) to add the extra fields and make the old database structure conform to the new database structure. I'll investigate this when I have the auto-updater stable. I don't know if Frex is being widley used and if people have many entries, extra frequiences and comments etc. that they want to protect and have imported into the new Frex. The CAFL is all I have used, I have also looked at the muscles and some sets on the NCAFL. But on the whole I have stayed with the CAFL as I have experienced excellent resutls with it and have had solutions to all clients needs that have come to me.
