Hello All,I have a pt with very high reverse T3 (450), low normal free T3. She has fatigue and also a dx of Crohns and PSC. We are doing a lot of drainage and she is starting to feel much better, but she still has significant fatigue. I am wondering what you all are thinking about 's syndrome lately? Is anyone using Cytomel with a sustained release agent? Where are you having it compounded? I am curious about this or other ways you have helped patients to make better use of their T3, drainage-related or otherwise. I don't have experience with this yet--any help appreciated!!Thank you!
