From my experience: Not at all :-) > Is kt good for colds? And again from many years of experience, Kombucha and plenty of water are the best antidote to colds and flu, together with LOTS of vitamin C! Kombucha will usually not prevent colds and flu altogether, but will help you get over it a lot faster - a sign of the immune system strengthening and detoxing effect of the KT. I cannot speak too highly of it. Hope you and your family will soon be over the 'nasties', with best wishes, Margret (UK) :-) -- +---------------------------------------------------------------+ Minstrel@... <)))<>< http://www.therpc.f9.co.uk <)))<>< http://www.AnswersInGenesis.com http://www.lamblion.com/ +---------------------------------------------------------------+ Jesus says: I have come to give you life, that you might have it to the full .... There have been testimonies of Kombucha alleviating depression, especially by raising energy levels which tend to be low during an episode of the blues. I have had times of depression on and off, but mine is mainly menopausal ;-) A larger intake of Kombucha has definitely helped, and so have taking St 's Wort tincture (which I make myself). St 's wort is considered one of the most effective hernal remedies against depression. Praying God's blessings on you and your family - especially your husband ...
