Guest guest
I had some pasteurized milk to use up so I decided to make yogurt with it. I heated it to 180 degrees (per NT), cooled it down to 110, and THEN realized that I didn't have any yogurt starter. I just stuck it in the fridge and I'm wondering if I can just start over tomorrow (after getting new starter)and REheat it back up to 180, etc., and still have it work for yogurt?? Or did I ruin it? Thanks! a
