Guest guest
I made this for breakfast this morning...loved...thought I'd share (also had a fun realization that all of the ingredients came from the tfmn warehouse). Very easy to make and can put together the night befor. Pop it in the oven first thing in the morning to have a piping hot breakfast when you're done getting ready for the day. I also posted the following in a newly created folder called " Recipes - Breakfasts " in the Files section: Cheddar Spinach Pie (from Recipes from Minnesota…with Love) NT translation Serves 8 4 eggs, beaten (Alvin Schlangen's eggs) 1 cup whole milk (Castle Rock) ½ tsp sea salt Dash of freshly ground pepper 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese (Castle Rock) 2 Tbsp arrowroot (Wilderness Family Naturals) 10 oz. package frozen spinach, thawed (SnoPac) Combine eggs, milk and seasonings; mix well. Toss cheese with arrowroot flour; add to eggs. Stir in spinach. Pour into greased 9-inch pie plate (with Castle Rock Churned Cream). Back at 350° for 40 minutes. Yum and hope you get to go and enjoy, too! Becca :-D
