wow Bob you are awesome as usual; great insights; this case me very much of my

father who basically got so rigid in his body, reflecting his mind, that he died

of RA - I call it sclerified; The last week of his life he softened beautifully

- all pain disappeared, no boundaries, no rigidity, just love and gentleness; he

was dancing into death after a rigid life. I think we can play a huge role in

not letting that happen and assisting patients in unwinding and opening by

following your sage advice with our patients - and ourselves; lifelong process

that gets subtler and subtler,
