Guest guest
I have a package of what I believe to be raw beef fat in my freezer (from a side of beef that I bought a while back). I have plenty of rendered beef fat to cook with from the stock I've been making, so was thinking about putting it out for the birds. So do they just eat it raw like that? (Since birds don't cook. But do they eat cattle?) Do I need to put seeds on it to broaden the appeal? Should I wait until it gets really cold (so that they really " need " it?) What is the right thing to do? Thanks! Kathy Who's trying to clean out the freezer!
