I am new to this list and just wanted to introduce myself. I am 42, I would say

and a housewife and mother but my husband has taken over most of my duties along

with my 19 year old daughter. We also have two sons, ,9, , 9. We

adopted them both from Romania in 1991 when I spent the summer there. That was

when I began having problems. I have FMS, ICS, CFS, etc. I have been treated

mostly by a Neurologist since my illness sort of stemmed from a car accident. I

have been tested to death and those were the diagnoses they came up with. I am

going to a pain clinic next month. Because my pain has gotten very bad and my

doctor wants reinforcements so he can prescribe stronger drugs. I hope it is

successful. I look forward to reading your stories and getting to know you. I

worked in the medical field years ago and sometimes in my sick mind I think

this is a payback for not being kind or helpful enough. If you are a caregiver

always treat them the way you would like to be treated, with respect, kindness,

and to the very best of your ability.
