Butter storage?

Hi Everyone,

Sorry for the newbie questions and I did try to search it before I

asked, but couldn't find anything.

In regards to raw butter does everyone keep it in the fridge or is ok

out? I had purchased a lot of raw butter and stuck it in the freezer,

but could I now just leave a tub out at a time in the kitchen? I've

read the enzyme activity is better when it's not cold but any

repercussions for leaving it out? Maybe it now has zero enzymes

because I put it in the freezer...it still taste great.

Anyway thanks in advance for any thoughts.
