Guest guest
Is she overweight? Weight reduction and avoidance of tight clothing/friction in area are important. If she carries extra weight in the thighs and/or wears tight jeans these can be triggers. Same with working out - friction + heat/humidity/sweat = trigger or exacerbating factor. So loose clothes and keeping the area dry and cool. Also, I've found that smoking has an association with exacerbations - perhaps this relates to lymphatic congestion? So smoking cessation and lymphatic drainage would be good to look at too. Finally, you may need to look at regulating hormones - as it can be associated with menstrual cycle changes. -- Yours in health, Baer, RHN, ND Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine Registered Holistic NutritionistPassionate Advocate of REAL FOOD & Conscious Omnivore www.drjenniferbaer.com It is only with the HEART that one can see rightly; what is essential, is invisible to the eye. ~ Antoine de Saint-Exupery This electronic message transmission contains information from the Company that may be proprietary, confidential and/or privileged.
