Guest guest
Ha ha, good eye! I was wondering whether or not anyone would analyze everything in the current website homepage photo! In this case, the object of your attention is much more local than Chinese fried pork, it's the State Food of Wisconsin (where the picture was taken), FRIED CHEESE CURDS! The Cheese Haus has the ability to serve all sorts of customers who walk in the door, not the least of which are the " locals " . It's for this crowd that the deep-fried curds continue to remain on the menu. As their customer base trends more towards the upscale cheese and wine buyers, it's possible that the deep-fried foods will be banished from the menu. I know, I know, first WI loses Bret Farve, next the future of the deep-fried curds is in danger! Fortunately, I think the micro-breweries have saved their segment of the holy trinity of the cheese head so not all is lost! Guest guest
So, if they let the batter ferment a day or so, and deep fried them in tallow, lard, or ghee, wouldn't that make them NT? Wouldn't that be delicious? :-) > > Ha ha, good eye! I was wondering whether or not anyone would analyze everything in the current website homepage photo!
