Causticum in particular is indicated for Bell's Palsy, especially if on the right side; Aconite is more for left-sided BP. Many internet sources say it's self limiting for many often as soon as 10 days but maybe up to a few months. Anti-virals are ineffective and steroids help if the nerve is inflamed.
