Guest guest
I've had scobys that have been thin (1/8 inch) and others as thick as 1/2 inch. I can't say I've noticed that batches with thin ones taste any different. Also, I've never been able to harvest a batch in just 7 days. Guest guest
Hi Mike, A little word of advice: Apart from your brew to maintain contious supply of KT ( about 1 week) concider also maintaining a continuous supply of KT vinegar (3 weeks or more) this way you'll get healthier babies and as bonus the vinegar has many uses apart from being a better start booster. best regards, Kindy > All of my first scobys are skinny. > They get fatter with each breww. > > Mike Bradley wrote: > Hello everybody, > I just got done brewing my 4th batch of KT and the baby is real skinny.
