Guest guest Posted February 23, 2011 Report Share Posted February 23, 2011 I am wondering if anyone has every tried to make yogurt by using HMF as the starter. I have been experimenting a bit with fermented foods (gluten free sourdoughs and fermented apple juice) and was about to buy some yogurt starter, and wondered if HMF would work. I will likely try it if no one else has, but, before I potentially ruin half a litre of organic cream, I am wondering if anyone else has already tried it.
