If anyone is interested in getting some salmon you can contact myself or Will and we can arrange to get you some. If you can get a group together there are discounts for larger orders. Call me if you are interested. A lot of the salmon calling itself wild and from Alaska is frozen whole in Bristol Bay and shipped to China where it is thawed and filleted than vacuum packed and re frozen and shipped back to local super markets and Trader Joe's. I catch and slush ice each one of my salmon and they are vacuum packed and frozen just hours after being caught. It usually goes pretty fast so if you think you might like some please call.
