Guest guest
Does anyone have any idea why a generally healthy teenage boy of 17 who is slim and not currently gaining weight or playing a rough sport currently ( he does light weights at home and a little running) might suddenly develop stretch marks on his inner thigh by the groin, on the hip by the butt and on the outer thigh by the knee? They look like red lines close together, very fine 5-10 next to each other, not wide like we normally think of for stretch marks. His Mom took him to an urgent care and they diagnosed stretch marks and recommended vitamin E oil. I haven't seen them personally but they appeared out of nowhere and there is no sudden change in diet or weight or exercise. Any ideas? Thanks. Sincerely, Sobyl Bunis D.C.
