Guest guest Posted December 20, 2004 Report Share Posted December 20, 2004 Just a quick question about store bought butter: I realize it is probably pasteurized, but it can't be homogenized or there would be no heavy cream to make butter from. Is this correct? Also, what is "ULTRA" pasteurized? You can only pasteurized just so much (LOL). Do they do it twice? I make my own butter, but was just curious. K.C.
