Guest guest
Hi Jen Here's a blurb from my black book: 1. You can take homeopathic poison ivy in low potency (Rhus Tox 6-12C) @ 2-3 pellets sublingual 3x daily for 3 days after exposure. This is a good idea to do regardless of what other remedies you do as well. 2. High dose Quercetin can stop the histamine reaction associated with poison ivy...take at least 500mg 3x daily. 3. There is also an ayurveda formula you can use: 15 drops Ashwagandha & 15 drops Tylophora TID. You should see good results within 4 days at most....continue to take it for a few days after symptoms fully resolve, but don't use it for more than 2 weeks. Also, if you think you've been exposed, it hasn't been that long since the exposure (<4-6 hours), and you have access to rubbing alcohol--rub it on the exposed areas to remove the plant resins before they fully penetrate the skin--this alone can help considerably. Also, take your clothes off and wash them--the resins can lay in wait in your clothing if you pick it up on them > Hello all, > > Subject line says it all.
