Guest guest
Really? I'm drinking half a liter of kombucha everymorning, burning roughly 4000-5000 calories a day, and craving lots of carbs and sugars all the time. " Have you tried using more dairy products? - they help to stablise blood glucose. Eastern Slavs usually have pretty good glucose metabolism. Barley porridge is good - where you soak raw barley or wheat flakes overnight, then cook them up the next day as halferbrei. Full fat milk is good, as it has normal lactose levels. Raw apples and cheese are good. Wholegrain bread made at home. Brown rice also good, if you have the discipline to keep eating it. If you take caffeine, it stresses your pancreas, liver and adrenals and can even lead to adrenal exhaustion and sugar cravings. I Kombuch some apple juice and have it with Mineral water once a day. I can't have anything with sucrose in it because of my glocose metabolism. Plus sucrose is associated with caries, acne, obesity and heart disease. I guess it depends on how much sugar is left in the tea, after the ferment? bst, Lizzie in Oz
