The problem is you are not drinking enough water. Increase your water

intake and you will find yourself feeling better. Without enough water to

carry the toxins out of your system, you'll just be recycling them, which

increases the symptoms. Headaches in particular are a water lack.

It should be plain water; anything else causes the body to have to work

hard and generate heat. The one thing you can add is a pinch of " natural

salt " , which is not regular salt nor sea salt.

Here's what I've written previously:

>The body must have plain water for proper hydration. Anything else you

>drink, fruit juice, sodas, tea, coffee, whatever, in order for the body to

>get at the water portion, the body has to do work to separate it. That

>body and may actually take water from the body to be metabolized, just as

>food does.

Yes. But if you don't drink enough water, it can be irritating.

Thank you, I think you are right, I didn't have headache or other

symptoms yesterday just making myself have water throughout the day.

I thought that other liquids and foods contributed to hydration, but

pure h20 is what I needed. I will try some of that unrefined salt

when I can get some though, is there any reasonably priced seller that

you know of? Thank you for a headache-less day :),

The nearest health food store is about 75 miles so it will be a treck

when I go get it, but there are some other things I wanted to check on

in the " Big City " :).

Luckily I can find most things reasonably online.

Does anyone know if the scoby produced in a sealed jug (on the

finished kt) is the same as the one formed in the brewing containers?

Wondered about the role the air played.

I hope this finds everyone well...
