Guest guest Posted May 16, 2009 Report Share Posted May 16, 2009 Hey all, I got together with a friend who does smoking and we did up some chickens, pheasants and rabbits. Talk about good! I used maple syrup in the brine and she used maple wood in her smoker. The fate of my insane wild turkey hen is decided! Yum! :-)Pat Z, who has yet more ducklings hatching out! Goslings too.
