Hi Christie,

I have been impressed with the results of Berkowsky's " Vital Chi Skin

Brushing System " when the suggested protocol is practiced faithfully each

day followed by a Hauschka lemon bath that is then followed by a Hauschka

Blackthorn body oil application as desired. Hauschka products are pricey

but they are lovely and they work. Check the Hauschka website for their

products--there is also a horse chestnut leg and arm toner that she might

like.

Hello great minds:

Here is an easy question (for the right person who knows the answer). Given the body's amazing ability to regenerate, is there a way to help a 70 year old woman who has lost a significant amount of weight (and reached all her other health goals) to minimize the crepey appearance and increase the elasticity of now-loose skin (in this case in her upper arms)?
