Guest guest
Any NN'ers out there, sorry for the cross-post ... Based on references in NT and other materials put out by WAPF, I've gotten the impression that Maytag bleu is, by definition, a raw milk cheese. Otherwise it wouldn't be called Maytag. Is this true? It's a bit cheaper than the other raw bleus I've been buying, but haven't gotten any yet because I wasn't sure. I asked the Cheese Chick at Rick's and she didn't know. LOL - I love Rick's. They've started not only labelling *every* raw milk cheese, but have been getting in a lot of new ones ... just for me. :-D MFJ If I have to be a grownup, can I at least be telekinetic too?
