Guest guest
Hello All,I have a patient who is allergic to sesame. Does anyone know of another seed that would fit nicely into the luteal phase seed rotation to go with sunflower? Secondly, this patient is slated to go in for a 3rd round of IVF this fall (which is being undertaken due to a sperm issue, not a female reproductive issue). Her tx is failry standard: She will be taking estradiol during first part of cycle, then egg harvesting @ ovulation and implantation 3 days later at which point she will begin daily IM progesterone. She already has very regular cycles with no major endocrine complaints. I plan to support her adrenals, kidney and liver through this time and also was considering some hypothalaminum. We have only been doing drainage for about 5 months. She is "healthy" though, in my opinion, not necessarily ready for the next round, but she decided to go forth anyway. What recs do you folks have to support an otherwise "healthy" woman through IVF?
