.....as you can tell probably that we are new to this tea and

this is interesting...especially that everyone calls it a

That threw me off at first too! (it being called a mushroom). I

really hope you consider checking the book out, it's been incredibly

helpful to me. :-) Amazon.com had it at a better price than my local

health food store, by the way. The best of luck to you both.

I too have heard that at first it's best to stay off it altogether, " just in

case " , with candida. After that, drink up if it works for you. :-)
