Guest guest
Hi! I have a 43 yo pt who has struggled with anxiety, depression, and lack of focus (all better from caffeine) off and on all her life. Zoloft x 1.5 yrs helped somewhat. St. 's Wort helped with the depression, but sun sensitivity is too much to manage (breaks out in an itchy rash with just a little sun). Mother was schizophrenic. I'm looking in to MTHFR mutations, etc. But what I'm looking for here from you all is homeopathic info, specifically related to her miasm and the 'better from caffeine'... I don't have hp software or a good searchable reference of Dr Gueniot's work. Thanks!!! In health, Leigh White, ND North Haven, CT
Guest guest
Do you have synthesis or another book version of the repertory? The rubric generals-food and drinks-coffee-amel lists several remedies of which cham and ign are bold. The rubric generals-food and drinks-stimulants-amel lists arg-n, ars, cyt-l, gels, glon The rubric generals-food and drinks-stimulants-desire is more complete with several remedies listed. In the absence of hp software, I'd start by taking a look at those rubrics and seeing if any of the listed remedies seem to fit her case. From a drainage perspective, I'd consider treating the kidney/adrenal. Better from caffeine makes me think catecholamine deficiency (adrenal). And I think of schizophrenics as being ungrounded (kidney) and out of their bodies--thus the " openness " to things that don't seem real to you or I. It's possible that she inherited and energetic imbalance in the kidney from her mother. If you think her pattern may be similar to that of her mother, unda 18 may be of help with it's ability to capture the energy of the cosmos, transform it, and ground it down to the kidney. Hi!
