Auricular Medicine is a highly developed assessment technique that measures changes in the energy field of the body.

 The external ear, which is highly innervated tissue, has reflex areas which represent all organs, glands and tissues in the body. Each reflex area connects with the body through the brain, the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems.

 

These reflex areas allows the ear to be used for the detection of imbalances in the body. These imbalances or " obstacles to cure " represent issues that impede the body's ability to heal and regulate itself.

 

Representative filters are used in this highly energetic reflex technique to monitor the radial pulse of the wrist. The energetic field will either expand or contract in response to the stimuli created by these filters providing the practitioner with vital treatment information and protocols to stimulate the body's own healing process.

 

The purpose of the webinar is to help you understand the art and science of Auricular Medicine and it's powerful integration into your practice.

K.C. Bateman completed his B.Sc. in Life Science from Queen's University at Kingston in 2000. He went on to study at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine, completing his ND in 2004. K.C. lives in Burlington, Ontario, Canada and splits his time between practices in Brampton and Burlington.

 

K.C.'s experience with Auricular began as a patient in the spring of 2003. Auricular Medicine lead to such significant and rapid improvements to his health, he decided he had to learn it. In 2004, K.C. began private practice, using Auricular Medicine with every patient, as his primary assessment tool.

 

Starting in 2009, K.C. began offering one-on-one Auricular Medicine tutorials to practitioners. Now with seven years experience, having assessed over 1000 patients with Auricular Medicine. K.C. is very excited to be teaching Auricular Medicine.
