Guest guest
, I personally don't use Seroyal's vitamins for prenatal support. I prefer the food based ones by New Chapter and Rainbow Light. If Seroyal could get on board with the food based multis I would be thrilled! Anyone know if that is a possibility? Guest guest
Rainbow light one a day is great and less expensive than most multis. Nice to take one pill instead of 6 when another body is sharing yours. They also include digestive enzymes again particularly useful in pregnancy. Guest guest
There was a lecture at the PANP conference last year and the presenter shared research on methylfolate being more protective against neurological issues in newborns than folate. I don't have the research and can't remember who the presenter was, but the prenatal that I know of with this form is Pre-Natal by Priority One. The down side is that the dosage is six tablets per day!Mo Maureen Tighe, ND, MSOM, LAc.www.trilliumnatural.com"The doctor of the future will give no medicines, but will interest his patients in the care of the human frame, in diet and in the cause of disease."- EdisonPlease support Naturopathic medicine licensure in Pennsylvania.
