Have you spoken to Seroyal recently.

Many of the organos have been in the US for the last few weeks.

UNDA 270 ointment may still be on back order from Unda in Belgium.

Last week they said they couldn't send me medorrhinum or tuberculinum, but I didn't ask about organos.  They also told me they have lots of UNDA 270 ointment but they can't send it to the US.

They have also given me conflicting info often times in the past however.  Its actually kind of fustrating.  For instance, about a month ago thye told me that they discontinued all thuya, yet now they seem to have it again, other than the 4CH potency.

Jim,Perhaps you should find out who your sales representative is for your region, and they will be able to individually help you. Well part of the problem is that there isnt one for NY right now.  The old one left and they havent replaced her yet.

I notice too now that UNDA is making new packaging for it’s UNDA numbers—something a little annoying for those of us who store them tiered so you can see the numbers on a shelf, because the number on the side of the box (at the top) is no longer there. More importantly though, is that the new formulas appear slightly different as well. I‘ve only gotten one “new” box in so far—UNDA 1--so I don’t know that it’s an overall pattern, but the new formula has 31% alcohol instead of 25%, and it’s a 5X terebinthina instead of a 4X—minor changes admittedly..but does anyone know why they are messing with it at all? I have a call into Seroyal but haven’t heard back yet....Bob

Wow. that is very disturbing. I will also call to hear more. The whole point with the Unda numbers was that they are made in such a way that the spectrographic (I think that is the tool) image / signature always is identical on every batch. And that is how they know they are making identical formula. Perhaps they have been able to retain that signature using a different potency. I'm trusting that someone at Seroyal is watching over this carefully and will hold to that thought/wish/prayer until I hear otherwise :)I love the Unda numbers and I love the results they help us achieve. I love their reliability. I love having confidence in the remedies I am recommending. May it all be so!
