Maybe someone would post their petri results, you know just > for the cynics. Tell us where you got your supplies too, thanks. I, too, would be interested in sharing results of petri dish experiments. I am a biology prof and have access to various kinds of equipment and supplies that could be used. I recently had a student do such experiments with a zapper, but he got no positive results. However, I'm not sure his procedures were the best that could be used. I am about to receive a new device designed and built by my brother-in-law (electronics genius, Ph.D. in analog electronics, >20 patents granted) which will output a range of frequencies. I would like to run both in vitro (petri dish) and in vivo (me) experiments with this device. I would appreciate any guidance regarding methods and materials for making petri dish experiments provide useful results. I just acquired a darkfield microscope, but I'm not sure I'm going to be able to develop the expertise and setup to do anything useful with it. Lane ____ Lane P.
