Try Diagnostecs GI expanded panel. It should pinpoint the problem, allowing for a targeted treatment program.

Why not give her Unda 9, 24 (or 210), 228?Sounds like its emotional Tan, ND, LAcHonolulu, HISent from my iPadHello Great Minds,This 10 year old girl ptc 2 mos ago with panic attacks and generalized llq and rlq pain of aching quality, constipation, and fatigue x 2.5 mos (such that she had been out of school x 2 months). Had been to see peds gastro who rxed PPIs to no effect, and then Prozac and Clonazepam, both of which caused intense anger rxns. I I rxed BTGs, UNDA 4,43,46 and some nervous system phytogens, Replete. Her panic attacks and abdml pain subsided, energy increased in the next two weeks so she started back at school. Around that time her pain pattern changed to a epigastric pain, worse food, so we had her do a barium scan, which was negative for pathology. Complete abdml u/s also came back negative. CMP and CBC wnl with low Vit D at 17.7.She is still at school, panic attacks are still at bay, but the pain continues such that she doesn't eat at school since her whole body arches with the pain and she has to walk to help it subside. Occurs with gluten and non-gluten foods, fatty foods, food with no fat, protein and non-protein meals, and also is not restricted to after eating. I am sending her to another pediatric gastroenterologist, have recommended a food sensitivity test, and am considering testing her for celiac and trying some cholecystitis txs in case she has acalculous cholecystitis. She has a family hx of migraines so I wanted to work on liver/gb. Last tx plan incl. UNDA 1,20,258, digest-gen, digestive enzymes, magnelevures and continued btgs. No further change so far after two weeks on this tx plan. Please let me know your thoughts on the next testing options, any ideas on things I may have missed, treatment suggestions. Any input appreciated!!Christie

I agree, it sounds emotional to me too. Are there any issues in the family? I would also look at 219, for spasms. Cholecysititis is infrequent at her age, with the exception of when there’s a history of hemolytic anemia. Is she overweight?

Any issues at school, like bullying? Perfectionistic personality? How are her grades?
