Guest guest
I did. It was wonderful to see. Some serious reporting, including the other side's opinion. What I think it lacked was the perspective of a number of other people, not just the one woman and her family. Maybe showing some of the ranges of limitations FMS can cause? Lois in PA Tune into MSNBC Dateline tonight Check out Dateline on NBC this evening. It sounds like it could be of interest to some of uus. Guest guest
I watched the show also, An they left out a major part of FM which causes Fatique, not one word was mentioned about that, An Why did Dateline have someone else to go against FM ,people like him are the major cause of somepeople getting their SSDI.... Guest guest
Hello to all, I did watch the program on Fibro on Dateline. I do wish they had interviewed more than one woman, and it would have been a plus if they had also shown the actual brain scans of people who have this. There is a definite difference in a scan of someone who has Fibro and a normal person. I know they have to show both sides but it certainly doesn't help those of us who struggle on a daily basis to have someone saying this doesn't exist. I am glad that Fibromyalgia has been shown on a national show though. I also think that the diagnosis of Fibromyalgia is over used by doctors. Only a doctor that specializes in the treatment of Fibro is really knowledgeable enough to make the diagnosis. I know for me, I was very glad to finally have a name put to the pain that I am suffering. I beleive that my mother was also suffering from Fibro, but was undiagnosed. She had many other medical complications but ultimately took her own life because of the unrelenting pain. Kathleen in sonoma

Guest guest
Hi everyone, I received today from a Fibro group I belong to, some letters that have been written to Dr. Bohr from this show. I'm not sure if it's all right to copy them to post them here so if " we " are interested let me know. I get jumbeled up on what's ok and what's not. Bye for now, Kathleen in Sonoma
