Just one hitch! They'd have to WANT to reduce the cesarean rate! As far as I can tell, nobody but a few of us old wet blanket nurses want to reduce the rate. For the rest, it is yippeeee, open season, slice away! And let the bucks roll in! Sorry I'm so jaded. Somebody, please prove I'm wrong.
