These are all things that the medical staff in the hosp could do

something about. <br>

I have no doubt whatsoever that these would reduce the cesarean rate. Just one

hitch!

They'd have to WANT to reduce the cesarean rate! As far as I can tell, nobody

but a few of us old wet blanket nurses want to reduce the rate. For the rest,

it is yippeeee, open season, slice away! And let the bucks roll in!

Sorry I'm so jaded. Somebody, please prove I'm wrong.
