Hello Colleagues,

I'm in the process of narrowing my practice focus and downsizing from a clinic setting to a solo practice. I have a few items still to sell to an interested party which include:

1. Homeopathic Dispensary: Between 650-700 remedies (some in multiple potencies), all labeled and organized in a small 10-drawer housing unit for convenience. Many of the remedies have been grafted (from Dr. Bakir's original kit, the Denham kit), some are originals. Catalogue available for anyone interested.

2. Washer-Dryer unit (Laundry): European style washer and dryer in one. Does not require venting or complicated installation. Only hose that needs to be connected to water supply under your sink. About the size of a dishwasher. If you're tired of taking laundry home with you and don't have enough volume of linens to warrant an expensive service, this is a great solution that has served us well.

3. Three side-by-side birch shelving units which create the perfect reception counter (about 38" tall, 17" deep, 52.5" wide) complete with storage shelves and locking cash drawer.

4. Grey loveseat - like new. Used in office for patients. 58" wide x 36" deep

5. Reception chairs x 6 - attractive light blue and birch, compact wood chairs that can be stacked for storage, yet are comfortable to sit in as a reception chair.

6. Exterior Lightbox sign: 18 feet wide by 32" tall. Includes timer mechanism to switch light on and off. A sign of this size would retail for about $4000. I'm hoping someone has a use for it, as it can easily be refaced and reused. I'm asking for $500 for the sign, and have a quote from my sign guys to take it down, reface with new sign and install for ~$1700. A great deal for high visibility for your clinic!

7. Great office desk (with drawer and cupboard) and matching shelf unit (can be used as shelf on floor, or sits atop desk and against a wall) for books, files, magnet & marker board.
