uncommon type of endometrial cancerwhat stage is it? These are almost always grade 3, ie, invasive and metastaticSurgery always promotes more mets, even if primary is removed, and especially if a strong natural medicine program is not given before surgeryChemo of normal dosing is most often cookbook formulas that may or may not be effective, a roll of the diceit gets complicatedNeeds estrogen evalaution, and drainage, path tissue testing would see where cancer is weak and what agents to which it would be most vulnerable, so that a chemo agent can be given, and in lower doses than regular chemo, after much natural medicine support, that would best target her canceralso needs a lot of blood testing to identify inflammatory, hypercoag, angiogenic, and immune dysfunctions markers that can be greatly improved with nutrients and botanicals Zieve MDwww.holisticcancermd.com Hello All, My mother-in-law (63 yo) has opted to receive chemo following the removal of clear cell carcinoma of the endometrium and a sarcoma of the colon. Her MDs have given her a pharmaceutical (I don't know the name but it sounds like a strong diuretic) to help remove the remains of the first session of chemo from her body before her second treatment. I'd like to use drainage but just wanted more opinions as to others work with this. I understand that the basic drainage can sometimes potentiate the action of some drugs by speeding up their conversion in the liver, however, since chemo was administered IV I assume the liver is just detoxifying it at this stage. I'm also in the middle of a big move between cities and most of my reference material is still packed in boxes, hence the greater need for your advice. Thanks for your help! Hi ,

Thanks for your response. You've given me lots to think about.

The cancer is stage 3, when the initial surgery was done they

thought it was stage one and endometrial carcinoma. They did a

scope of the colon during surgery to check for any mets (large enough to see)

and none were found. One of the tumours was invading lymphatic vasculature

associated with the endometrium I believe.

I'm just now becoming involved in the process as I was out of town

when the initial diagnoses etc happened. She's had a ton of blood work

that she has copies of. What sort of path testing are we talking about?

Stages of mutagenicity? When I see her next I'll have a look at her

other blood tests.

I'm also looking into getting her into a colleague in town for IV if need be.

Thanks so much for your input,
