Guest guest
Hello to the Unda gang... Happiest Inter-dependence Day!!! I have a patient who 7 years go went through many rounds of Antibiotics for chronic sinus issues. They eventually figured out that she had a fungal infection and treated it with anti-fungals and surgery for the polyps. Now in the past month the issue has returned and her left frontal sinus is opaque on the CT scan and her left maxillary sinus has polyps. Again she's on antibiotics and not responding; they want to do prednisone and she wants to avoid it. I'm thinking of all of the unda numbers for this kind of issue but do any of you have specific ideas for breaking down polyps. I know Carpinus is supposed to be great for chronic sinus although I've never used it. Is there any experience out there with shrinking polyps? Many thanks...
