Guest guest
Hi , Do you have any guess why he would respond ill to Travacor which has Three vegetable capsules contain: Ingredients AMT %DV Vitamin B6 (P-5-P) 25 mg 1250% Folic Acid 200 mcg 50% Vitamin C (as Ascorbic Acid) 40 mg 67% Magnesium (As Glycinate) 200 mcg 50% Vitamin B12 (Methylcobalamin) 30 mcg 1200% Zinc (Picolinate) 10 mg 66% Selenium (Selenomethionine) 70 mcg 100% Amino Select 3 (Proprietary Blend containing: L-Taurine, N-acetylcysteine, L-theanine, 5-HTP) 900mg I don't understand why he reacted negatively to this product which he described like maniac state, so I have been hesistant to try l-tryptophan or 5htp. There are too many things in the above product so it's hard to say what he responded negatively to and was wondering what you think of the tryptophan possibly causing a negative reaction? Thanks for your input. Dr. Alysa Nguyen ---
Guest guest
No I do not, AlysaI have had other patients who did not do well on them eitherIt seems like it has items to correct methylation problems that affect neurotransmitter functionI find that many people on OATS testing show need for B6 and it is needed to make melatonin in CNSBut I do not know why the Travacor does not workI generally use good adaptogens to help normalized neuroendocrine function, and treat consitutionally from a TCM perspective in these situations or have the pt see a Sankarin homeopathin my area, who has helped a lot of my pts with long term issues like insomnia Hi , Do you have any guess why he would respond ill to Travacor which has Three vegetable capsules contain: Ingredients AMT %DV Vitamin B6 (P-5-P) 25 mg 1250% Folic Acid 200 mcg 50% Vitamin C (as Ascorbic Acid) 40 mg 67% Magnesium (As Glycinate) 200 mcg 50% Vitamin B12 (Methylcobalamin) 30 mcg 1200% Zinc (Picolinate) 10 mg 66% Selenium (Selenomethionine) 70 mcg 100% Amino Select 3 (Proprietary Blend containing: L-Taurine, N-acetylcysteine, L-theanine, 5-HTP) 900mg I don't understand why he reacted negatively to this product which he described like maniac state, so I have been hesistant to try l-tryptophan or 5htp.
