Guest guest
Hi Not strictly TCM, but Aveline Kushi’s Changing Seasons macro book has useful info...also maybe look at Elson Haas’ Staying Healthy with the Seasons, and Pitchford’s Healing with Whole Foods..probably more recent stuff..this is what I know...Henry Lu is another author you might want to look up...Chinese Nutrition?...a couple of books by him I think—one oversized, don’t remember the titles.....hope this helps....Bob Hello, I'm working on presenting a series of classes on seasonal meal planning within the context of TCM as well as local food choices. Does anyone have some reliable resources (websites, books, etc.) regarding the basis for different foods being consumed each season? If you give me input, I'm happy to post my course materials to the website when I complete this series. Thanks! Guest guest
Just to echo Bob's suggestions, all of those are great! Another resource that may not be directly TCM, but worth looking at is Clean Food by Terry Walters. Igor N.
