Guest guest
Hi , When it comes to fish oils and probiotics I tell them that there is no way to guarantee freshness or viability. We have no ability to know how they have been handled, how long they have been on someone's shelf or in a warehouse.... things like that. What other products are your patients locating? Also, I did have a patient order HMF Replete off the internet and she reported to me that it was clumpy and had a "different" color than what she was used to getting through me. This indicated to me that it had undergone drastic temperature changes, probably on a number of occasions and had most likely lost its potency. My 2 cents!Dr. Jeannie Achuff, NDBerkeley, CAOriginsofHealthNaturalMedicine.comSubject: Websites selling Seroyal productsTo: Date: Tuesday, December 14, 2010, 10:15 PM Just curious as to how you folks handle patients who tell you about websites that sell seroyal products for less than what you sell them for. What do you tell them when they say they can buy it for cheaper than you sell them for? Thanks Tan, ND, LAc. Honolulu, HI

Guest guest
Interestingly we have not had mention of this among our patients (knock on wood). I think most people realize that to house remedies, organize them, and keep them available, there is a cost associated. We try to provide very personalized service and I think our pts feel loyal to us.Personally, I always try to shop locally rather than on the internet for the same reasons.
