I have had good success using Hydrogen Peroxide to blow off colds. At the first

sign, I gargle full strength with standard drug store H2O2 %3. I then cut it

down with 4 parts water to 1 part H2O2 and flush the sinus with a neti pot. I

then put

full strength drops of H2O2 into each ear. With one exceptiona few years ago, I

have been able to avoid sickness.

I am considering an oxygenated eye wash as well but so far haven't used one. The

virus could enter via that route as well.
