=====================

Hi there Rhonda. Wren here.

I was wondering if you were still around these here parts. I hadn't

seen a post from you in a while, but then I have been reading and

lurking rather hurriedly lately.

Congrats on keeping that weight off!! I have managed to keep off

about 16 of my 20 lb loss from last summer/fall. We've recently

added more NT and I'm trying to get back into the habit of my daily

workout and walk/run. That should help a great deal. I'll probably

also have to stay away from all that great raw milk coconut cream

and chocolate pudding I've been making :( I wish the weather would

cooperate so I could go outside more to run. We also just got word

that we have a big reunion coming up in September, too. Yikes! I

used to be a rail, literally!! 2 kids and lots of sat-fat

later...well you get the idea.

Speaking of NT, I made my first batch of Kimchi yesterday. I cannot

wait to try it; this is like Christmas!!!!! We finally got to meet

our neighbors up the street last week. Their whole back yard is

full of organic veggies and fruits. She is Korean and has said

she'll come down and teach me how to make Kimchi the way her family

has made it for generations. That should be fun.

I'm in the market for Kombucha babies as well. I am scheduled to

have my fillings removed soon and I want to be ready for major detox

when they are gone!! I've waited faaaaaaaaar too long to do that!

I have a VCO question for you: Did you tell me that you got your VCO

from Trader Joe's?? I can't remember. What brand do you use? I use

coconutoil-online. It's great for baking and smoothies, but it's a

little too fruity for frying or anything that isn't supposed to

be " sweetish " , so I'm in the market for another brand.

Also, do you have any tips for finding/purchasing good unrefined

vinegar? Does anyone out there have any tips on this? All I can

find around here, even in Whole Foods just won't do.

Well, I better go. I'm getting sleepy as I had my evening todie

(sp?) of kefir and raw milk sweetened with a touch of stevia about

30 minutes ago. ZZZzzzzzz

Good night,

Wren -- way down in Texas
