It sounds as though the excess intake of coffee and ephedrine are causing the anxiety. Ambien was a very good med for me and I awoke with no hangover feeling. However, with the overuse of coffee and ephedrine, the Ambien is probably not working as it should. At work because of the FMS I am no longer as productive or energetic as I used to be. <snip> Is there any way to wrap this up and file for disability? I'm thinking a good long rest might help. chugging on certainly isn't. >> ***How long have you had FMS? What has doc prescribed for you to take for FMS? I know that FMS can cause you to be much less productive and energetic at work, as I have been through the same myself. We really need some more information about what treatment(s) your doc has you on; and what his prognosis is before we can really give you any good suggestions. [but, remember, whatever suggestions we make, you MUST consult with your doc.] In my humble opinion, I don't think you can qualify at this time for disability. But, we need a lot more history [when did FMS develop; what kinds of treatment have you had for it; how many docs have you seen for it; when did you get your diagnosis, etc.] from you before we can really help. In the meantime, you sound as though you are miserable. I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers. Please let us hear from you soon; and keep us posted as to how you are doing. {{{And Pain-Free Wishes}}} Carol ICQ#61162277 " In the little decisions of life, use your mind; in the big decisions, use your heart.
