Guest guest Posted February 10, 2005 Report Share Posted February 10, 2005 Does anyone know if there is a difference in nutritional quality from chicken eggs to goose eggs? The lady I get my eggs from now has goose eggs and I'm going to give them a try. I don't know if I should use them raw or not.
