ok- this is weird. is there a way that the muscles that are healing

from my hernia repair are all connected. DONT LAUGH AT

ME!!!!!!!!!!!! lol. that had to sound weird- i know. anyway- i get

muscle pain in the sides of my tummy through my back. what is this??

is this part of the healing process?? it hurts- especially if i dont

wear my binder. and sneezing?? can we say PAIN?? my scar is numb too-

was after my DS too. think the feeling there will ever come back?

I had more muscle aches after my hernia repair and TT than I did

actual " pain " from the surgery itself. My scar was totally numb, a 2

inch section - above and below the scar - all the way to my hips, and

it stayed that way for several months. One day it started tingling,

and within a month I had all feeling back! I am glad, the numbness

made me crazy(ier?).

This may be weird, but I have noticed that when I drop 5 or more

pounds overnight that I ache the next day. I lost about 8 pounds

since yesterday morning and I hurt so bad today I can barely move.

My back and hips ache, and my body feels so sore! Once I put a few

pounds back on I feel fine, but when I drop a lot at once it hits me

like a ton of bricks!

Cindee et al, it doesn't sound strange at all to me. You are

dehydrated. Better you go to bed with a gallon of water. Do you

know how much water weighs? About 8 lbs per gallon, if I recall. So

you can calculate how much water you are down by weighing yourself.

You are not losing fat overnight, you know, just water. That is why

you are hurting so bad.

That makes perfect sense since I always gain 5-8 pounds after eating

lots of salty foods and or when I have PMS and then a few days later

I will lose it all overnight and ache like hell for 2-3 days! I

usually have to guzzle lots of fluids and rest for a day or so before

I feel human again! I wonder why I drop the fluids overnight the way

I do though?? It's not like I am out sweating my ass off all day or

anything. One day it is there, the next it is gone, and I hurt like

hell!
