Guest guest Posted November 8, 2002 Report Share Posted November 8, 2002 Hey Group- Just wanted to pass along that tomorrow morning (Saturday) myself and 2 dear friends are heading northward to Minnesota. We have a mutual friend there that we are going to spend time with...and JUST as exciting I am going to meet V. from the group. Meet her IN PERSON...I am sooooo thrilled that she is taking time out of her days to meet with me. I sent her the photo's on line, and she mailed me a photo of her wedding in July. To be honest guys she is as beautiful on the outside as she is on the inside, and has a very handsome husband. I have spoke with her on the phone a few time, and now, finally, this weekend we are going to meet. I guess the moral of my story is that through the heartache, struggles, and sadness of living with LBD and beyond the last breath, there are many blessings to be thankful for. Take a moment to think about how many people in this group has reached out, touched our hearts with words, and became friends as well as feeling like family. So, thanking everyone not only from the bottom of my heart, but from my whole heart for reaching out to me and taking me in as part of your families. I hold every one close in thought and pray daily for everyone, in their own special situations. I will be back on Sunday evening after my ladies weekend away....wheeeeeeeee.
