Hello everyone. Thought I would touch base. Things are fine with Vic & I...other than the fact he's turning 50 in a few days! I've recently had my LFT's done; all normal again, as usual. However, the pcr was lost during the health care strike. My best friend did her first shot over the weekend. A few years ago, we encouraged her to get tested, and with all her symptoms, etc, treatment was advised. Vic has been a great help to her, since he's done treatment twice.Another friend of ours finally got tested, and then a biopsy. Unfortunately, he is ESLD. They are assessing him for treatment now. I'd like to add...his LFT's showed as high normal the first 2 times. Then, they sky-rocketed, which is why the biopsy was ordered. This is a good reminder that LFT's are not always a clear indication of what's going on. Some of you will recall that Vic's LFT's were

high normal. He has cirrhosis. Although I might not post here as often as I once did, I am still very active locally, with our friends who are battling hepc. Take care everyone.Doris

Good morning Deb..

Yes, of course you have my permission to copy my message to your support groups.

I wish you the best of luck, and take good care.

Doris
