Guest guest
Oh dear, Poor KC had the right idea to ship in a continer, but those Ziplock " boxes " aren't watertight :-( I once sent some grains to someone who lives just an hours drive away from me. She received them 3 weeks later!!! Fortunately, she was used to smelly things (like tripe for her dogs) and she persevered with the very cheesy-smelling grains, and nursed them back to health :-) Proof enough for me that the ziplog baggie method (with a little added nourishment) works :-) Kefir grains ARE hardy little critters. They've survived down the centuries :-) and the K9's ----- > I can hardly believe that the small amout I was able to salvage took > off like CRAZY!!!! They MUST be super duper grains. They sure make GOOD > KEFIR! I really like it!
